Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced GoldenSource Developer with 8 to 10 years of intensive hands-on experience, particularly with GoldenSource version 8.x. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge and practical skills across GoldenSource components such as Workflows, Connectors, Business Rules, and GSOs, along with a solid grasp of the GoldenSource data model. Familiarity with build and packaging processes using Installation Center is essential.
Technical Expertise
- Proficient in Oracle 11g and 12c databases.
- Experienced in scripting languages including Shell, Perl, or Python.
- Working knowledge of Java versions 1.7 and 1.8 and REST APIs.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with code management using SVN or Git.
Methodology & Domain Knowledge
Experience in Agile development methodologies is advantageous. A strong understanding of Capital Markets and reference data management domains is required.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication abilities, especially for coordinating with external stakeholders, are vital for this role.
