About the role

This position focuses on building and improving advanced generative AI solutions that help address complex business problems. You will work with modern AI and NLP approaches, contribute to scalable product capabilities, and collaborate across teams to turn ideas into production-ready systems.

Key responsibilities

Architect and develop sophisticated generative AI models for challenging use cases.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to embed AI capabilities into current platforms and workflows.
Keep track of the latest progress in NLP and AI research, and apply relevant developments where useful.
Create efficient, scalable algorithms that strengthen and extend product features.
Guide junior colleagues and contribute to a knowledge-sharing, learning-oriented team environment.

Minimum qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.Tech) or a closely related discipline is required.
Between 2 and 3 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI, NLP, and artificial intelligence.
Experience delivering AI models into production successfully is expected.

Preferred qualifications

Clear communication skills for working effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Exposure to AI development frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or comparable tools.
Ability to work independently while handling several assignments at the same time.
A practical, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability.

Eligibility

Applicants with any graduate degree, including B.Sc. in any specialization, B.C.A. in any specialization, and B.Tech / B.E. in any specialization, are eligible to apply.
