Overview
This opportunity is within a restaurant owned by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's branding and menu offerings. Employment decisions and management are solely handled by the franchisee, independent of McDonald's USA.
Role Description
The General Manager is instrumental in running a profitable restaurant while ensuring adherence to McDonald's demanding standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Collaborating with leadership, the manager establishes and pursues restaurant objectives.
Team Leadership
Oversight extends to directing Department Managers by setting goals, tracking progress, and coaching for continuous department enhancements that elevate overall restaurant performance. The role may include recruiting and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a capable leadership team.
Candidate Profile
Ideal applicants possess prior experience as a General Manager in fast-paced, high-volume quick service restaurants or related sectors like hospitality or retail. Candidates must be at least 18 years old to qualify.
