GCP Java Springboot Developer

Overview

We are looking for a seasoned GCP Java Springboot Developer with extensive expertise in Java technologies and cloud platforms. This opportunity involves working on a prestigious project for Delta Air Lines focused on applications within the Airlines Operations portfolio including Flight Operations, Crew Training, Scheduling, Payroll, and Technical Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prototype new frontend and backend features ensuring alignment with user requirements.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and optimization of effective tools, workflows, and approaches.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and product managers to ensure developed code reflects their intended vision.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Java, J2EE, Springboot, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) development.
• Demonstrated ability as a Full Stack Developer focusing on Java, Springboot, and GCP technologies.
• Strong knowledge of relational and object databases and adherence to web service development best practices, including RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile development environments and familiarity with workload management tools such as VersionOne or Agility.
• Relevant certifications in Java and Cloud technologies.
