Full-Time Merchandiser

About the Role

We are seeking Immediate Hire for dedicated full-time Merchandisers to join a dynamic company that owns well-known retail brands including Red Baron®, Tony's®, Freschetta® pizzas; Mrs. Smith's® and Edwards® desserts; bibigo® and Pagoda® Asian-style snacks. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to ensure product availability and visibility in grocery retail stores within Lexington, KY.

Compensation and Schedule

• Hourly wage of $20 per hour
• Working schedule: Fridays through Mondays, approximately 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure company products are stocked and attractively presented on shelves in assigned grocery locations
• Perform merchandise stocking and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and appeal
• Create and uphold engaging product displays in stores
• Deliver exceptional customer service by fostering positive connections with store employees
• Communicate effectively with team members and management

Candidate Qualifications

• Experience in grocery retail or similar merchandiser roles preferred
• Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Capability to safely lift up to 35 pounds and handle frozen goods using appropriate equipment
• Ownership of a smartphone compatible with company technology needs
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug screening
