About the Role
Genesis is dedicated to shaping a smarter, sustainable energy future for New Zealand. We seek a motivated and organised Fleet & Property Coordinator to aid in managing our fleet and property assets. This role involves coordinating vehicle servicing, supplier interactions, driver onboarding, compliance management, and handling fleet invoicing. Additionally, the coordinator will assist with lease administration, rent payments, forecasting, and general property operations. This opportunity offers a blend of administrative, analytical, and stakeholder engagement tasks across both fleet and property management areas. The position is permanent full-time based preferably in Hamilton, with the option of Auckland.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the fleet manager through coordinating vehicle maintenance and servicing schedules.
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely and efficient fleet operations.
- Manage driver onboarding processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Handle fleet-related invoicing and payment processing.
- Assist the property management team with lease document administration and management.
- Process rates and rent payments, contribute to forecasting activities, and support general property coordination tasks.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and data to facilitate fleet and property management functions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior experience in fleet coordination, fleet administration, or operational support roles.
- Exposure to property administration, lease management, or facilities coordination is beneficial.
- Strong analytical capabilities and comfort working with data and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate to advanced level.
- Experience with processing invoices, payments, and purchase orders.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively communicate and manage relationships with stakeholders.
