About the Role
PhonePe is seeking driven Field Sales Executives to join its core expansion team based in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. This position entails direct employment with PhonePe, offering the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the merchant network by enrolling local shops, retail outlets, and businesses.
Key Duties
- Conducting field visits to local markets and retail establishments to successfully onboard new merchant partners.
- Installing PhonePe QR codes at merchant locations to enable seamless digital transactions.
- Setting up and activating PhonePe Soundboxes to enhance merchant payment capabilities.
- Providing training and ongoing support to merchants on the use of PhonePe devices and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess an Android smartphone.
- Ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle such as a bike or scooter is mandatory for mobility in the field.
Additional Information
- Selected candidates will receive a formal offer letter issued directly by PhonePe.
- Payment and payroll will be managed by PhonePe.
- The role includes lucrative weekly and monthly performance-based bonuses.
- Salary range: ₹17,000 to ₹27,000 per month.
