Role Responsibilities
- Draft, examine, and manage customs entries, supporting documents, and Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classifications to ensure precision and regulatory compliance.
- Inspect import paperwork to confirm the accuracy of applicable duties, taxes, fees, and governmental charges.
- Collaborate with entities such as government agencies, importers, exporters, carriers, and other relevant parties.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs laws, product classifications, trade regulations, and government mandates.
- Contribute assistance during both internal and external audit processes.
Qualifications
- A minimum of three years' experience handling customs entry processing is required.
- Possessing a Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) credential is advantageous.
