Our goal is to establish AI as the standard in advertising while supporting creative professionals. Currently, we manage large-scale productions for prominent global clients including L'Oréal, Unilever, Bayer, and Diageo, meeting the stringent requirements of legal, security, and procurement teams.
We are supported by The Brandtech Group, a $4 billion marketing technology leader also owning Oliver and Jellyfish, enabling us to serve top-tier advertisers worldwide.
Role Overview
We seek a motivated Senior Sales Development Representative with a passion for AI to accelerate our enterprise and mid-market expansion. This position involves generating and qualifying new leads, building a robust sales pipeline, and scheduling presentations for our sales teams. You will contribute significantly to securing new clients, managing deals beginning at a $25,000 annual contract value. The sales process is established, and your efforts will be crucial in driving opportunity creation.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients globally, focusing primarily on the UK and US markets, based on provided Ideal Customer Profiles.
- Engage and maintain relationships with leads through tailored outreach campaigns, ensuring readiness when purchase timing aligns.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to thoroughly qualify leads using frameworks like BANT and optimize account engagement strategies.
- Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, and Salesforce to source contacts, manage leads, and track activities.
- Achieve monthly qualified lead targets, with commission earned on qualified leads and additional incentives for converted deals.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in outbound sales development targeting enterprise clients, with expertise navigating complex organizations and engaging multiple stakeholders.
- Professional background in SaaS, technology sales, marketing technology, or creative production, or a strong interest in advertising processes of major brands, particularly interacting with marketing, procurement, and brand decision-makers.
- Effective communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and confidently both verbally and in writing.
- Disciplined and consistent approach to outbound sales via calls, email, and social platforms, treating pipeline management as both art and science.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment, contributing to playbook refinement.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and contemporary prospecting tools.
Benefits
- Generous paid time off: 25 days plus public holidays.
- Remote-first work culture with optional access to offices in The Shard, London, and New York, or the ability to work from anywhere within your home country.
- Health insurance including private medical coverage.
- Monthly stipend to support wellness, fitness, and learning development.
- Enhanced parental leave policies applicable for birth, adoption, or surrogacy.
- Flexible working hours to support work-life balance.
