We are looking for a meticulous and dependable Document Processing Specialist to efficiently handle, verify, and manage documents and associated data within internal systems. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, examine, and organize documents originating from various sources.
- Accurately input and update document-related data into databases and internal platforms.
- Validate documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Detect missing details, errors, duplicates, and discrepancies, coordinating corrections as needed.
- Scan, upload, categorize, index, and archive digital documents systematically.
- Maintain well-structured electronic filing systems and repositories.
- Fulfill document requests, ensuring timely availability of information.
- Perform data entry and data transfers from documents into spreadsheets or databases.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to uphold documentation standards.
- Monitor and report on document status, processing progress, and outstanding items.
- Generate reports, spreadsheets, and summaries related to document workflows.
- Adhere strictly to established document processing procedures and quality control policies.
- Preserve confidentiality with sensitive or proprietary documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any document-related problems.
