Digital Experience Engineer (XEC)

Role Responsibilities

• Hands-on deployment and management of SysTrack agents, including telemetry data gathering and analytics processing.
• Implementation of Cognix for Workspace-related use cases.
• Conducting experience scoring covering devices, applications, and user sentiment analysis.
• Design and develop dashboards along with interpreting analytics results effectively.
• Automate operational workflows using SysTrack capabilities such as scripting, triggers, and remediation actions.
• Diagnose root causes through analyzing end-user experience data.

Technical Environment Familiarity

• Proficient with EUC environments running on Windows and macOS platforms.
• Understanding of Intune and SCCM ecosystems for integration and correlating management data.
• Working knowledge of IT Service Management tools, with a preference for ServiceNow.

Process and Enterprise Skills

• Awareness of ITIL framework, especially Incident, Problem, and Continual Improvement management processes.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Capability to interpret technical data to drive meaningful business outcomes.
