Data Entry Executive - Laboratory Result Entry

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Result Entry Executive to become part of our healthcare and laboratory operations team based in Udyog Vihar, Sector 18, Gurugram. This full-time position involves precise entry and management of laboratory results, client coordination, and back-office support within the healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter laboratory test results accurately into LIS/EHR systems.
• Verify patient demographic details, test orders, and outcomes for correctness.
• Perform cross-checks to ensure data integrity and maintain high accuracy.
• Upload and distribute reports to physicians, clinics, and healthcare service providers efficiently.
• Coordinate communication and data exchange with clinics, hospitals, laboratories, and partner organizations.
• Follow up on incomplete patient, insurance, or diagnosis information as needed.
• Maintain operational trackers and prepare relevant reports.
• Assist with client onboarding and facilitate system coordination tasks.
• Adhere strictly to HIPAA standards, patient data privacy policies, and quality protocols.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses 2 to 3 years of experience preferably in laboratory operations, result entry, medical data entry, healthcare BPO, or hospital back-office roles.
• Good typing speed combined with a high degree of accuracy.
• Familiarity with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) or Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology enhances effectiveness.
• Strong attention to detail and meticulousness in work.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Candidates with a minimum of one year of relevant healthcare or lab experience may also be considered for the position.

Compensation and Location

The monthly salary offered ranges from ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 (in-hand). This role is based onsite at our office in Udyog Vihar, Sector 18, Gurugram.
