Job Summary

At Walmart Supercenter in Wytheville, VA, the Cake Decorator's primary role is to create quality bakery products tailored for customer satisfaction. This position involves engaging directly with customers at the service counter and assisting with stocking merchandise on the salesfloor. Compensation Details

The hourly wage ranges from $17 to $30, aligned with or exceeding the minimum wage for the location. Additional quarterly or annual performance-based bonuses are available. Premium pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour can be awarded depending on shifts, facility, season, or specific job duties, with the possibility of multiple premiums applying simultaneously.

Schedule

Full-time employment with available shifts including opening and morning hours.
