Role Summary
We are seeking an Equipment Associate Engineer to support equipment maintenance and reliability through a 12-hour rotating shift schedule. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and assisting Equipment Engineers to ensure optimal operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) and diagnose equipment issues to maintain operational efficiency.
- Perform maintenance tasks and provide tool support to guarantee equipment availability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot equipment faults and implement upgrades to reduce downtime effectively.
- Analyze technical data and monitor performance metrics of equipment.
- Lead initiatives for equipment enhancements and improvements.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and proper management of tools, equipment, and company assets.
- Carry out all tasks safely and support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHS&S) standards.
- Collaborate with teams on various projects or assignments as necessary.
Additional Responsibilities
- Uphold safety standards and actively support all EHS&S programs and policies.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Microelectronics Engineering.
- Excellent team player with integrity, logical thinking, and a responsible approach to work.
- Self-driven, detailed-oriented, disciplined, and willing to work overtime when required.
