Internship Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in planning as well as tracking daily inbound and outbound shipments.
• Maintain meticulous records including invoices, delivery challans, and proof of delivery documentation.
• Support order processing by updating system statuses for customer orders.
• Engage and communicate with transporters and vendors to ensure timely dispatch and deliveries.
• Monitor shipment progress by following up on delays and updating clients accordingly.
• Compile and generate operational reports on a daily and weekly basis using Excel.
• Provide assistance in addressing and resolving issues related to delivery shortages or damages.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must be available for a full-time, in-office internship position.
• Internship start date should be between September 2, 2026, and October 7, 2026.
• Applicants should be able to commit to a 3-month internship duration.
• Only individuals from Thane, Navi Mumbai, or Mumbai locations are eligible to apply.
• Applicants must possess relevant skills and a genuine interest in supply chain and logistics operations.
