Key Responsibilities

Support sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings.
Manage scheduling and coordination of candidate interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain recruitment databases and candidate information accurately.
Assist in preparing job advertisements and promoting openings on multiple platforms.
Carry out reference verifications and background checks for shortlisted applicants.
Help organize recruitment events and career fairs to attract talent.
Provide administrative assistance to the recruitment department as required.

Candidate Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS-Excel.
Strong English communication abilities, both verbal and written.
Organized and proactive approach toward tasks.
Ability to work full-time on-site in Pune.
Relevant skills and genuine interest in recruitment or human resources.
