Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment lifecycle by sourcing suitable candidates, organizing interview schedules, and performing reference verifications.
- Undertake market research to analyze industry trends and deliver actionable insights to the HR team.
- Leverage Microsoft Office tools including Word and Excel to compile reports and manage HR databases efficiently.
- Communicate professionally and clearly with employees and leadership both via spoken and written channels.
- Exhibit excellent time management to prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Provide support to the Administration team by handling filing, document organization, and vendor follow-ups.
- Engage productively in team meetings contributing suggestions that help drive company growth and success.

Compensation and Benefits
