Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes by reviewing resumes and arranging interviews.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability and communication skills.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the interview process.
- Manage recruitment tracking systems ensuring accurate candidate information.
- Support onboarding tasks including documentation and coordinating new hires.
- Handle daily HR operations and administrative duties.
- Participate in organizing company-wide employee engagement activities.
- Maintain employee records accurately while safeguarding confidentiality.

Additional Information
- Successful interns may receive a job offer with an annual salary ranging from ₹300,000 to ₹360,000.
- Internship stipend ranges between ₹10,000 and ₹12,000 per month.

- A certificate will be awarded upon internship completion.
