  Built a cross-platform intrusion detection system using a Random Forest classifier to distinguish legitimate human typing from automated HID keystroke injection attacks. Designed a Flask-based web dashboard for USB device monitoring, attack visualization, and automated threat response, with USB blocking on Windows and Linux.

  Developed an AI-assisted Security Operations Center platform supporting incident generation, collaborative investigation, and analyst workflow management. Implemented role-based authentication and secure REST APIs, and built interactive dashboards for SOC analyst use.

  Architected and deployed a complete SOC + SIEM defense setup for the college network, implementing defense-in-depth across four layers: IDS, WAF, monitoring, and incident response. Deployed OpenAppSec as a Web Application Firewall (WAF) and Snort for network-based intrusion detection, feeding correlated alerts into Wazuh SIEM for centralized threat detection and incident response. Built end-to-end observability using Prometheus, Grafana, Netdata, Grafana Alloy, and Tempo for metrics, dashboards, and tracing, with Blackbox Exporter for uptime checks and Beyla for eBPF auto-instrumentation; strengthened host and network visibility with Auditd, OSQuery, and Zeek for kernel-level auditing, endpoint telemetry, and deep traffic analysis.
