Warehouse Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Executive with 2 to 6 years of relevant experience to oversee warehouse operations efficiently within the agricultural equipment and manufacturing sectors. The role involves ensuring inventory accuracy, smooth product inbound and outbound flows, and team management under established SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities including inbound shipments, inventory management, and dispatch operations as per standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Lead a team of 15 to 20 warehouse staff, ensuring effective communication and task execution.
• Manage a warehouse housing over 1500 SKUs, maintaining control over hundreds of product varieties daily.
• Conduct regular stock audits at least once weekly to ensure inventory precision and take direct accountability for audit results.
• Coordinate daily dispatch of 50 or more invoices, organizing delivery logistics and multiple transport arrangements.
• Utilize basic Excel skills for record keeping and inventory tracking.
• Work in a system-driven environment where SOP adherence and continuous process improvements are essential.
• Perform root cause analysis for operational issues and update SOPs accordingly to prevent reoccurrence.
• Review team performance weekly, providing constructive feedback for skill development.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Any graduate degree.
• Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi communication.
• Previous warehouse experience preferably in agricultural equipment, farm machinery, auto components, electrical and hardware distribution, industrial tools, paint, two-wheeler spare parts, manufacturing, or textile industries.
• Experience managing teams and warehouse operations encompassing inventory and data management using Zoho or Excel.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse SOP implementation and process optimization.
• Practical problem-solving aptitude with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple delivery transports and vehicles effectively.

Additional Information

• Male candidates are preferred for this position.
• Candidates from e-commerce sectors such as Zepto, Zomato, Swiggy, Bigbasket, or Ninjacart are not considered preferred.
• Work will be conducted full-time and require physical presence at the office location in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
