Key Responsibilities

• Implement visual displays, commercial strategies, and styling that align with store guidelines and calendar events to enrich customer engagement and boost store sales.
• Monitor sales trends, manage inventory levels, ensure proper upkeep of garments, and identify key visual and commercial improvement areas by collaborating closely with Store Management.
• Leverage trend analysis and competitive market knowledge to mentor and develop the store team for delivering excellent customer service.
• Represent the H&M brand positively in every customer interaction.
• Assist Sales Market teams with projects related to store expansion.

Collaborative Environment

You will be part of a vibrant Store Team comprising Sales Advisors, Department and Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and other key roles. This team works collectively to create an inspiring atmosphere for visitors. Additionally, you will cooperate with the Area Team across multiple stores, sharing insights and strategies to enhance overall success. Together, your team will support customers in confidently embracing fashion trends and timeless styles.

• Demonstrated experience in visual merchandising and commercial activities within a fast-paced, dynamic retail setting with a practical, solution-focused attitude.
• Proficient in interpreting and acting upon sales data and understanding the sales dynamic.

Additional Information

This is a full-time role based at H&M stores throughout Pune. The Visual Merchandiser will report directly to the Store Manager.
