Role Overview

This Vault Solution Specialist position is a vital role responsible for accelerating adoption of Veeam's fastest growing product, Veeam Data Cloud Vault, through channel strategies within the UK and Ireland. Reporting directly to the WW Veeam Vault Sales Leader, the specialist collaborates closely with Account teams, Solution Engineers, and channel organizations to transition customers toward managed storage services. The position is quota-bearing and focuses on transforming customers and channel partners by delivering significant business value based on Veeam’s cloud-native platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement territory strategies to build pipelines among prioritized partners and over 500 strategic accounts, aiming to meet quarterly revenue goals.
  • Maintain close collaboration with territory Account Executives and channel managers daily to coordinate account and channel strategies, ensuring major deals progress effectively with the appropriate pursuit team.
  • Prepare weekly, product-focused sales forecasts for the assigned territory.
  • Lead value-driven conversations with customers emphasizing the lasting advantages of Veeam’s fully managed solutions.
  • Design and execute channel programs that optimize adoption and maximize revenue growth.
  • Establish and nurture strong, strategic partnerships across channel and customer organizations to enhance business growth and product attach rates.
  • Identify priority accounts and work alongside Solution Engineers to deliver compelling technical and business value propositions.
  • Gather market insights and customer feedback to develop repeatable sales tactics that increase win rates and create scalable sales formulas.
  • Achieve mastery in competitive positioning, understanding market trends, and pricing strategies to drive substantial growth through channel partners.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum eight years of experience in enterprise software sales with proven success in cloud or SaaS environments.
  • Demonstrated progressive achievements in field sales and channel development, preferably within specialist sales models.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise software sales and SaaS business models, preferably in data protection, data management, or Microsoft 365-related sectors.
  • Exceptional proficiency in constructing business cases, conducting commercial negotiations, and managing stakeholders at various levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline, or commensurate professional experience.
  • A cooperative team-oriented approach combined with a coaching mindset, actively engaging in opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% as part of job requirements.
