Tendering Engineer – Pricing & Estimation

Job Overview

We are seeking a Tendering Engineer specializing in Pricing and Estimation to join Jazera Arabia Contracting in Riyadh. This role demands an experienced professional to handle costing, bidding, technical, and commercial proposal tasks primarily in infrastructure, building construction, and pipeline projects.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Conduct cost estimations and prepare bids comprehensively.
• Perform quantity take-offs and develop detailed technical and commercial proposal documents.
• Review contracts, tender documentation, bills of quantities (BOQs), and technical specifications closely to ensure competitive proposal submissions.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering is required.
• Possess 5 to 8 years of professional experience within tendering and estimation in contracting or construction sectors.
• Demonstrate strong analytical abilities combined with effective negotiation and communication skills.
• Have comprehensive market knowledge on pricing to optimize bidding strategies.
