Role Overview

The Technical Program Manager (TPM) position is key to accelerating the delivery of AI71's product roadmap, especially supporting ASK, an agentic platform that enables enterprises and governments to search data, produce content, and manage multi-agent workflows integrated with existing business tools.

The TPM team is compact but impactful, with each manager embedded in one or more teams and simultaneously owning cross-team initiatives end-to-end. This dual responsibility allows TPMs to deeply engage in product builds while strategically driving organizational improvements beyond routine operations. The role involves experimenting with processes to enhance delivery, culture, and structure at AI71.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive execution within embedded teams, improving clarity and coordination among Product Managers, Tech Leads, Designers, Software and ML Engineers, and DevOps personnel.
• Align priorities, monitor project progress, evaluate product requirement documents and technical designs to identify dependencies and risks early, and orchestrate cross-team efforts.
• Lead complex, cross-functional programs spanning multiple teams and departments, owning these initiatives fully from inception to completion.
• Challenge organizational norms and advocate for better workflows and processes, serving as a strategic influencer without formal authority.
• Help foster the TPM function’s development by facilitating retrospectives, establishing effective rituals, and contributing to branding and hiring for TPM and engineering teams.
