Job Overview
We are looking for a Technical Engineering Manager with profound expertise in C++ to oversee the entire lifecycle of web application development. This role requires leading full-stack system architecture design, supervising engineering teams, and delivering efficient, scalable, and robust software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the comprehensive development of web applications using C++ alongside modern web technologies, managing end-to-end processes from requirement gathering to ongoing maintenance.
- Architect scalable and high-performance systems with an emphasis on concurrency and multithreading using STL, Boost, and design patterns.
- Direct and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams handling frontend, backend, and database components.
- Manage MongoDB data architecture including schema design, indexing strategies, aggregation pipelines, and scalable data models.
- Implement and uphold best practices in coding quality, system design, and agile project delivery, collaborating across departments to meet product objectives.
Engineering Management and Delivery
- Define and maintain the source code management strategies such as Git workflows, versioning, and release processes.
- Handle code integration, resolve conflicts, and ensure consistent build stability across various environments.
- Lead Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate builds, tests, and deployment stages.
- Plan and manage release schedules guaranteeing punctual and high-standard software deliveries.
- Enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and maintain quality assurance checkpoints.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and sustain service reliability.
Required Skills and Experience
- Over six years’ experience in C++ programming with leadership capabilities.
- Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, as well as solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Experienced in multithreading, inter-process communication, synchronization mechanisms, and managing concurrent systems.
- Proficient in backend development and integration with frontend technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong grasp of database systems, particularly MongoDB and graph databases, including adeptness in data modeling and query optimization.
- Skilled in API design and consumption, with the ability to process JSON effectively.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have at least three years of experience and be graduates in Computer Science Engineering.
Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this position is ₹1,000,000 to ₹2,000,000 annually. Additional perks include official job offer and associated benefits.

This position is full-time and onsite at Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Immediate joining is preferred.
