About the Role

We are looking for a commercially savvy and highly analytical Strategy Analyst to join our corporate strategy team. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive research on markets, industries, customers, and competitors to facilitate strategic decision-making.
• Evaluate business performance through analysis of financial data, market trends, and KPIs.
• Detect growth prospects, emerging trends, risks, and strategic initiatives for business advancement.
• Assist in formulating and implementing corporate and business-unit strategies.
• Develop financial models, business cases, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support decisions.
• Assess potential new markets, products, services, partnerships, and expansion opportunities.
• Carry out competitor benchmarking and analyze the competitive environment.
• Prepare management reports, executive presentations, dashboards, and actionable recommendations.
• Translate complex data and research findings into accessible insights for business units.
• Contribute to strategic planning processes, including annual plans, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Monitor progress of strategic initiatives and evaluate related metrics and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Marketing, Product, Sales, and senior management.
• Support analysis related to mergers & acquisitions, investments, partnerships, and corporate development initiatives as needed.
• Perform scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to project potential business impacts.
• Keep abreast of macroeconomic, technological, regulatory, and industry changes.
• Maintain strategic intelligence databases and relevant market documentation.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields preferred.
• Experience or internships in strategy, consulting, corporate finance, investment banking, business analysis, or market research advantageous.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and relevant project experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking abilities.
• Good grasp of business strategy concepts, market analyses, financial principles, and competitive dynamics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
• Financial modeling and detailed data analysis experience considered a plus.
• Familiarity with analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is beneficial.
• Excellent research capabilities, synthesizing information from diverse sources.
• Ability to spot trends, risks, and opportunities within complex datasets.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English, including report writing and presentation delivery.
• High attention to detail and capability to handle complex information accurately.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Team-oriented with strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Additional certifications like MBA, CFA, ACCA, or CPA are a bonus.
