Primary Duties

• Follow established procedures for each workstation, including dough handling, portion accuracy, and product holding times, ensuring consistent quality in food preparation.
• Strive to meet the product goals set by the company, address customer needs promptly, and minimize complaints by providing excellent service.
• Uphold company policies detailed in the team member handbook, such as attendance, safety, security, and maintaining the restaurant's professional image, including delivery driver appearance.
• Demonstrate the company's Core Values by maintaining a positive demeanor, collaborating effectively with team members, and adapting to change readily.
• Manage shift coverage effectively, promptly resolve issues, maintain performance standards including food and labor costs, cleanliness, and readiness for inspections.
• Support profit objectives by adhering to company financial guidelines, including cash management and inventory control using the FOCUS System to reduce losses.
