About the Role

As a Shift Lead at B&Q Swansea, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and efficient workplace while delivering excellent customer service. This permanent, full-time position involves working 36.75 hours weekly with shifts starting as early as 6am and finishing as late as 9pm. You will be a keyholder responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring both customers and colleagues have a positive and safe environment.
