Senior Solutions Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect based in Riyadh, who will spearhead technical pre-sales efforts and drive customer success throughout the commercial region. This key position involves being the authoritative technical expert that aligns think AI Nodes and ILM with customer environments, workload demands, and constraints. You will engage daily with customers, leading the technical architecture for major deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the technical solution design for significant deals, translating customer needs into precise hardware and software setups that secure wins.
• Facilitate workshops, in-depth technical sessions, and proof-of-concept scoping alongside customer architects and engineering teams.
• Manage and grow the Solutions Engineer and Customer Support Technician roles, ensuring high standards within the team.
• Lead comprehensive, well-informed technical responses to RFPs.
• Serve as the liaison between sales and engineering, conveying customer challenges to product teams while instilling confidence in clients about engineering capabilities.
• Conduct technical onboarding activities and oversee deployment processes from start to go-live.

Required Qualifications

• At least eight years in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or an equivalent client-facing technical role focused on AI, accelerated computing, or data center infrastructure.
• Experience at a top-tier hardware, hyperscale, or AI company, designing compute solutions for specific client accounts.
• Broad technical expertise covering accelerated computing, networking, storage systems, Linux, and comprehensive knowledge of training, fine-tuning, and inference workloads running on bare metal.
• Proven leadership experience managing a small technical team or serving as a technical lead in a larger setting.
• Fluent proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a significant advantage.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with CUDA, ROCm, PyTorch, vLLM, or similar infrastructure frameworks.
• Understanding of liquid cooling technologies, high-density rack configurations, and architectures suited for regulated environments.
• Ability to architect solutions combining hardware and software elements.
• Postgraduate degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• Experience working within a startup environment in phases ranging from early conception to growth.
