Compensation and Benefits

The expected hourly pay for this position is $18.50, subject to variation based on location, expertise, education, and skills. In addition to base pay, employees may qualify for a monthly bonus. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage. Eligible team members can participate in the company 401(k) plan with matching contributions. Paid time off totals up to 152 hours annually, which covers PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays. Employees accrue up to 64 hours of paid sick leave per year unless local regulations dictate otherwise.

Schedule and Work Environment

Role Responsibilities
