Role Overview

Reporting to the PMO Manager, the Project Manager will oversee end-to-end management of assigned projects to ensure timely, high-quality delivery within budget and per client expectations. This role acts as the primary interface with customers and has accountability for project success. Experienced project managers may advance to senior PMO roles, managing larger projects and mentoring junior managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own complete project delivery from initiation through closure.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, budget constraints, schedules, and user requirements.
• Plan and coordinate project scope, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Track utilization of resources to optimize planning and scheduling.
• Lead diverse stakeholder groups both internal and external to the organization.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Manage scope changes, user requirements modifications, delays, technical issues, and resource shortages according to defined controls.
• Submit timely and accurate project reports.
• Collaborate closely with clients to guarantee prompt milestone closure for billing purposes.

Candidate Profile and Experience

• At least 4 years of IT project management experience, ideally handling medium to large-scale ICT projects.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Strong technical knowledge in networking, cloud technologies, and security systems.
• Preferably experienced within a System Integrator (SI) environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective project and time management abilities.
• Competent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL v4, CITPM, or PMI-ACP are required.
