Principal AI Engineer

Position Overview

Creative Chaos is seeking a seasoned AI Engineer to join our forward-thinking team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in machine learning algorithms and AI technologies to develop, enhance, and optimize advanced AI tools and models that address complex challenges and augment our product suite.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and deploy machine learning models and algorithms.
• Perform in-depth analysis of extensive datasets to extract meaningful insights that refine AI systems.
• Work closely with data scientists and software developers to embed AI capabilities seamlessly into current applications.
• Stay abreast of and incorporate the latest innovations and techniques in AI research.
• Continuously assess AI model effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to maintain optimal performance.
• Offer technical guidance to various teams to maximize AI solution adoption and efficiency.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation covering development processes, model architectures, and outcomes to ensure reproducibility and operational effectiveness.
• Engage in peer code evaluations and propagate best coding and AI development practices.
• Play an active role in shaping the strategic vision and roadmap of the organization's AI initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or closely related discipline.
• Have a minimum of five years of professional experience in AI engineering or equivalent roles focused on artificial intelligence solution development.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Python programming, Conversational AI, AI data pipelines, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI architectures.
• Experienced with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Have practical knowledge of data preprocessing and augmentation methods.
• Strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, and software design patterns.
• Experience deploying AI applications in cloud environments such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving capabilities and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
• A strong enthusiasm for emerging technologies and a commitment to continuous learning in the AI field.
