Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly rotate stock and remove expired or damaged items to ensure product freshness and quality.
• Ensure accurate pricing, signage, and inventory; follow established processes for ordering, markdowns, labeling, and related activities.
• Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation, and cleaning protocols to uphold a hygienic workspace.
• Fully stock the department by replenishing merchandise, completing downstocking, applying product protections, and arranging shelving units including flex modulars.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Be flexible to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business demands.

Challenges in the Role

• Manage a demanding workload in a fast-paced environment, including overnight duties while maintaining focus and energy.
• Handle physically demanding tasks involving prolonged standing, bending, and lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Perform consistent and detail-oriented repetitive tasks such as stocking and organizing to uphold store standards.

Compensation

The role offers a starting hourly pay rate of $17.75.
