About the Role
Signature Style Events & Advertisement is looking for a proficient Data Developer to design, build, and sustain data systems and pipelines vital for business operations and analytics. The candidate will collaborate with both technical and business teams to guarantee data accuracy, accessibility, and high performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain data pipelines, databases, and ETL workflows.
- Design and refine data models to support reporting and analytical needs.
- Consolidate data from various origins into centralized databases.
- Identify and resolve issues related to data performance and reliability.
- Work closely with analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to fulfill data requirements.
- Maintain data quality, consistency, and enforce security protocols.
- Document data workflows, system configurations, and processes comprehensively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or a similar discipline.
- Hands-on experience in data development, managing databases, or data engineering roles.
- Proficient in SQL, database management, and integrating data from diverse sources.
- Knowledge of programming languages including Python, Java, or Scala.
- Experience with ETL tools, cloud services, or big data technology is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Capability to work autonomously and juggle multiple technical assignments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with data warehousing systems and reporting platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud computing environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Understanding of best practices for data governance and security.
