Job Role Summary

As a Business Development Representative, you will serve as the initial contact for potential clients. Your core responsibilities include discovering, connecting with, and evaluating new business leads through proactive outreach initiatives. This role focuses on cultivating a solid pipeline, initiating meaningful discussions, and arranging qualified meetings for the sales team. Comprehensive training covering sales basics, outbound tactics, and product knowledge will be provided to establish a foundation for a successful career in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify prospective customers and initiate contact through cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Implement customized outbound campaigns aligned with specific Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and market segments.
  • Conduct research on target accounts to understand their business landscape, recruitment plans, and potential application scenarios prior to engagement.
  • Consistently generate a robust flow of qualified meetings and opportunities for the sales team.
  • Follow up persistently and professionally through multiple points of contact.
  • Maintain a vibrant and active prospect pipeline at the early stages of the sales funnel.
  • Perform structured qualification conversations to evaluate prospect suitability and readiness.
  • Identify primary decision-makers and comprehend organizational purchasing dynamics.
  • Collect relevant information and hand over opportunities to Business Development Managers with detailed, well-organized notes.
  • Accurately log all outreach interactions, responses, and prospect data in the HubSpot CRM system.
  • Monitor individual performance metrics including outreach numbers, response rates, and scheduled meetings.
  • Keep pipeline information accurate and up to date.
  • Engage actively in ongoing sales training focusing on outbound techniques, objection handling, ICP targeting, and messaging.
  • Incorporate feedback from coaching sessions to continually enhance the quality of outreach and conversion rates.
  • Stay knowledgeable about Native Teams' product offerings, market positioning, and the global employment ecosystem.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers to ensure seamless lead transitions and align on target accounts.
  • Share insights and feedback from outreach activities to refine messaging, sequences, and ICP selection.
  • Contribute to fostering a team culture centered on learning, iteration, and collective accountability.

Candidate Requirements

  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong written and verbal abilities.
  • Highly organized with the capacity to manage a significant volume of outreach efforts.
  • Self-driven and comfortable working independently, taking initiative.
  • Resilient, open to coaching, and motivated by achieving results.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and basic productivity software is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in sales is not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in fast-paced, target-oriented environments across any industry.
  • Exposure to B2B, SaaS, HR technology, fintech, or related sectors is beneficial but not required.
  • Knowledge of additional languages regarded as a plus.
