Job description
Role Summary
This position focuses on CNC machining for engine parts, including Crankcase, Cylinder Head, Crankshaft, and Covers. The candidate will be directly involved in the manufacturing engineering process related to machining precision components.
Key Responsibilities
- Execution of CNC machining operations for key engine components.
- Creation and management of CNC programs, specifically with Fanuc control systems.
- Selection and management of tooling for machining processes.
- Optimization of cycle times to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Maintenance oversight and troubleshooting related to CNC machinery.
Requirements
- Technical knowledge and practical experience in CNC programming and machining.
- Familiarity with Fanuc CNC controllers.
- Competence in tooling and machining process improvements.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any specialization.
