Assistant Manager

Position Overview

Hobby Lobby, one of the fastest expanding arts and crafts retailers in America, invites organized and customer-focused individuals with leadership potential to apply for the Assistant Manager role. We are a dynamic, upscale retail chain offering a variety of art supplies, home accents, seasonal merchandise, fabrics, and floral products. This is a full-time role based in San Marcos, CA, with a weekly work schedule of approximately 40-48 hours.

Work Hours

Standard store hours run Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with the store closed on Sundays. The Assistant Manager typically works from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including closing the store two nights per week and every other Saturday.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage ranges from $21 to $22.

Qualifications and Experience
