2Excel Engineering, founded in 2015 and building on over six decades of engineering expertise, is a rapidly expanding Maintenance and Repair Organisation (MRO) situated in Hampshire. The company specializes in service-focused narrow body Boeing and Airbus maintenance catering to Operators, Owners, Leasing Companies, and Governments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks on passenger aircraft (both interior and exterior), small light aircraft, and engineering parts.
• Ensure cleanliness inside and outside hangars, including sweeping floors, cleaning walkways, emptying rubbish bins, and maintaining hangar offices.
• Clean Ground Support Equipment (GSE) located onsite.
• Carry out general facilities cleaning as needed.
• Sweep floors using brushes or dust control mops.
• Utilize chemical cleaning agents following proper training and instructions.
• Complete any additional duties assigned by the Cleaning Team Lead.

Required Skills and Qualities

• Prior aircraft cleaning experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently within an aviation environment.
• Comfortable working at heights for exterior aircraft cleaning with provided safety equipment.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining meticulous standards and attention to detail.
• Follow instructions diligently while showing a proactive can-do attitude to complete tasks promptly.
• Strong communication skills and exceptional teamwork capability.

Additional Information

• This is a full-time, permanent position based at Lasham Airfield, Hampshire.
• Work hours are Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours weekly; voluntary overtime may be available during busier periods.
