Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Take charge of designing the architecture, developing, and optimizing the full lifecycle performance of enterprise-level AI Agent systems, focusing on stability and efficiency in high-concurrency environments.
- Develop and integrate components such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), tool invocation, and multi-agent collaboration tailored for sophisticated business cases, and package reusable AI modules to speed up product development cycles.
- Continuously investigate and implement cutting-edge Agent technologies to keep the development platform at the forefront. Enhance Agent context engineering, high-efficiency execution, optimization strategies, and autonomous evolution by creating benchmark AI Agents.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline and over three years of professional experience with one or more programming languages including Python, TypeScript, Java, or C/C++.
- Extensive participation in enterprise AI projects involving Agent-based systems, with thorough expertise in technologies related to Agent Harness and Agent Loop methodologies.
- Comprehensive understanding of the architectural principles underlying at least one leading Agent platform such as LangChain, Dify, Openclaw, or Hermes, coupled with hands-on experience with state-of-the-art Agent innovations.
- Candidates who actively contribute to open-source projects are highly valued.
