3DX Operation Support Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 6 to 12 years of experience to support operational activities related to 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) Change Management. This role is based in Kalyani Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra and involves ensuring accurate processing and oversight of change documents within the 3DX environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the creation, assessment, and authorization of Change Actions (CAs), Change Requests (CRs), and Change Orders (COs) within the 3DX platform.
• Maintain proper connections among affected items, their revisions, and all related documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance to collect and verify data pertinent to changes.
• Supervise change process workflows to guarantee timely progression through all lifecycle stages.
• Ensure data accuracy and adherence to company policies as well as industry regulations.
• Offer training and assistance to end-users regarding 3DX Change Management practices and tools.
• Diagnose and address issues related to change workflows, relationships between objects, and user permissions.
• Create analytical reports and visual dashboards to monitor change-related metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required Expertise

• Strong experience with 3DX applications such as Change Management, Engineering Central, and Product Structure Editor.
• Proficient knowledge in configuring and customizing 3DX workflows according to organizational needs.
• Demonstrable ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Competence in troubleshooting 3DX system workflows and permission management.
