Overview

Akshara Enterprises, a dynamic business management firm established in 2023, specializes in providing holistic end-to-end solutions spanning production, logistics, marketing, and sales to support brands in scaling their operations efficiently and sustainably. Our goal is to streamline and enhance the operations of ambitious brands throughout their lifecycle.

Internship Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business leads and pitch services effectively.
• Transform leads into revenue opportunities by closing deals successfully.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to sustain business growth.
• Maintain consistent communication with both prospective and current clients to ensure ongoing business operations.
• Keep comprehensive records of client interactions, follow-ups, and business development efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client requirements efficiently and ensure smooth execution.
• Regularly update relevant departments about current client activities to facilitate hassle-free processes.

Candidate Eligibility

• Must be available for full-time, in-office internship in Chennai.
• Should be able to start between August 24, 2026, and September 28, 2026.
• Commitment to a 3-month internship duration is mandatory.
• Applicants must possess relevant skills and interest in business development roles.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranging from ₹13,000 to ₹15,500, including a fixed base pay of ₹10,000 - ₹10,500 plus incentives between ₹3,000 - ₹5,000.
• Additional perks include a certificate of internship completion, a letter of recommendation, and potential for a full-time job offer.
• Successful interns who convert to permanent employees can anticipate an annual salary between ₹400,000 and ₹550,000.
