About the Role
Join our team in Munich and play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our corporate headquarters. We are seeking a proactive individual to oversee the technical functioning of our premises, actively shape daily operations, and manage renovation projects from initiation to completion.
Responsibilities
- Ensure seamless technical operations, covering infrastructure, utilities, and security systems.
- Serve as the primary contact for technical issues, using practical and solution-focused approaches.
- Independently carry out minor repairs and electrical tasks, and coordinate with external craftsmen, suppliers, and service providers.
- Provide hands-on assistance for renovations, maintenance tasks, and office relocations, including furniture assembly and warehouse coordination.
- Monitor compliance with fire protection and occupational safety regulations and maintain corresponding documentation.
- Collaborate closely with our external building services partner, Caverion.
- Share responsibility for cleanliness, security, and functionality of the building and workspaces.
- Oversee and coordinate scheduled service and maintenance appointments.
Requirements
- Completed technical training such as electrician, building technology, or in a related field.
- At least two years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong knowledge in building maintenance, electrical engineering, and general craftsmanship.
- Excellent communication skills when liaising with service providers and suppliers.
- Proficient in German (C1 level or above); English skills are an advantage.
- Competent with MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or ticketing systems is a plus.
- Organized and forward-looking working style with strong attention to detail.
- Team-oriented, resilient, and physically fit (able to lift weights up to 15 kg).
- Good spatial awareness and orientation abilities.
