Join our team in Munich and play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our corporate headquarters. We are seeking a proactive individual to oversee the technical functioning of our premises, actively shape daily operations, and manage renovation projects from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure seamless technical operations, covering infrastructure, utilities, and security systems.
  • Serve as the primary contact for technical issues, using practical and solution-focused approaches.
  • Independently carry out minor repairs and electrical tasks, and coordinate with external craftsmen, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Provide hands-on assistance for renovations, maintenance tasks, and office relocations, including furniture assembly and warehouse coordination.
  • Monitor compliance with fire protection and occupational safety regulations and maintain corresponding documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with our external building services partner, Caverion.
  • Share responsibility for cleanliness, security, and functionality of the building and workspaces.
  • Oversee and coordinate scheduled service and maintenance appointments.

Requirements

  • Completed technical training such as electrician, building technology, or in a related field.
  • At least two years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong knowledge in building maintenance, electrical engineering, and general craftsmanship.
  • Excellent communication skills when liaising with service providers and suppliers.
  • Proficient in German (C1 level or above); English skills are an advantage.
  • Competent with MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Organized and forward-looking working style with strong attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented, resilient, and physically fit (able to lift weights up to 15 kg).
  • Good spatial awareness and orientation abilities.

Benefits

  • Travel perks: 12 complimentary Flix vouchers plus 12 discount vouchers for friends and family.

  • Learning and development opportunities including language courses, training sessions, expert workshops, and mentoring programs.
  • Additional employee benefits: Reduced Urban Sports Club membership fees, 30% subsidy for the Germany ticket, and other attractive employee offers.
