Role Overview
Working as a Workforce Planner, you will transform workforce data into strategic insights, maintain forecasting models, and analyze trends from various data points. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will identify potential workforce challenges and opportunities to aid operational and strategic decisions. This permanent full-time role is based in one of our offices located in Sydney, Gosford, Newcastle, or Parramatta, with the option for remote work after three months based on performance and approval.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain workforce planning models to anticipate resource needs and support staffing decisions.
- Evaluate claims volumes, workload patterns, caseloads, and attrition rates to inform forecasting efforts.
- Track the accuracy of forecasts and enhance models to boost reliability.
- Engage with leaders and stakeholders to understand staffing requirements while delivering clear actionable insights and suggestions.
- Support efforts aimed at optimizing workforce utilization and continuous process improvements.
Candidate Profile
- Background in workforce planning, analytics, or operational modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, adept at identifying trends and generating practical recommendations.
- Experience working with workforce-related data including workload, capacity, caseloads, or employee attrition.
- Knowledge or exposure to workers compensation systems and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills combined with meticulous attention to detail.
