Role Overview and Responsibilities

We seek an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant to deliver expert deployment and support for Workday Adaptive Planning solutions. The role requires strong capability in designing sophisticated workforce planning models and an in-depth understanding of finance processes related to workforce analytics. This position demands effective communication to serve as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in deploying or supporting Workday Adaptive Planning platforms.
• Certified in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Profound knowledge of workforce planning, financial processes, and analytical principles.
• Proven ability in constructing complex workforce planning models.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Competencies

• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information.
• Awareness of software development lifecycles and various methodologies.
• Familiarity with Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.
• Experience working within Agile project delivery frameworks.
