Role Overview
- Engage with customers shopping at Loblaw stores, offering the newest mobile, home, and business solutions from leading carriers like Bell, Virgin Plus, Lucky, Rogers, PC Mobile, Fido, and Chatr Mobile tailored to their requirements.
- Promote Canada's leading loyalty program, PC Optimum, helping customers earn and use points for benefits across our store, grocery shopping, fuel purchases, and more.
- Develop expertise in mobile products, promotions, and pricing while keeping current on the latest devices and industry developments to guide customers effectively.
- Lead and inspire a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to meet sales goals through ongoing coaching, training, and skill enhancement.
Candidate Profile
- A strong communicator and team leader who enjoys building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Eager to learn and progress within the telecommunications industry with a leading company.
- Able to work full-time including weekends and evenings as required.
