Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Drive the development of flagship Wireless IP technologies spanning WAN, WLAN, GNSS, and Bluetooth.
• Take ownership of comprehensive IP-level verification processes including design analysis and verification planning.
• Create test benches and author test cases using SystemVerilog and UVM methodologies.
• Develop assertions, conduct simulations, and strive to meet coverage goals efficiently.
• Incorporate advanced design verification approaches such as formal verification and simulations to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Debug RTL and testbench problems using industry-standard tools like Verdi.
• Collaborate closely with design, architecture, and cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
• Continuously maintain and improve verification environments focusing on scalability and reusability.

Required Skills and Experience

• Expert knowledge of SystemVerilog/UVM and coverage-driven verification techniques.
• Experience in creating and maintaining medium to complex SystemVerilog/UVM verification environments.
• Ability to write effective constraint-random tests and close coverage gaps.
• Strong debugging capabilities with tools such as Verdi.
• Experience with wireless IPs like Wi-Fi, Modem PHY, and DSP blocks is advantageous.
• Familiarity with formal and static verification methods.
• Experience in power-aware verification and gate-level simulations is highly preferable.
• Proficient scripting skills in languages such as Python or Perl for automation tasks.

Qualifications and Experience

• Educational background: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or related engineering fields from a reputable institution.
• Relevant experience: 8 to 15 years in hardware engineering or similar domains.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact efficiently with global teams.
• Flexibility to adapt to work with diverse international teams.
