Role Overview

We are searching for a driven, skilled, and diligent winemaker enthusiastic about continuing our tradition of excellence. This hands-on position requires leadership of winemaking activities in a dynamic, small team setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive winemaking operations including vineyard care.
• Embrace varied tasks across viticulture and winemaking processes.
• Collaborate closely with team members and external contributors such as contractors and casual staff.
• Participate in seasonal work hours fluctuations with travel opportunities both nationally and internationally.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in viticulture and winemaking or a comparable discipline.
• Proven experience as a Winemaker or Assistant Winemaker.

Additional Information

This full-time permanent role typically requires a 40-hour workweek during less busy periods with increased hours during peak seasons. International and national travel is part of the job responsibilities.
