Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Window Cleaner based onsite in Edgware. Responsibilities include cleaning windows both inside and out for residential and commercial customers, using specialized equipment and solutions. Daily duties involve preparing equipment, traveling to client sites, safely performing tasks at height with ladders or access devices, and ensuring surfaces meet a high standard of cleanliness. Adherence to health and safety regulations is crucial, along with completing required contract cleaning activities and reporting any concerns or damages promptly. The role also requires professional interaction with clients and providing support to the cleaning team as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform window cleaning and related exterior cleaning tasks using modern water-fed pole systems minimizing ladder use.
• Work approximately 6 to 8 hours daily, Monday to Friday; Saturdays optional for additional pay.
• Prepare and maintain cleaning equipment and workwear supplied by the company.
• Travel to various client locations as assigned and arrive punctually.
• Follow safety procedures when working at heights and operate access equipment responsibly.
• Maintain professionalism when engaging with clients and colleagues on site.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid full UK Category B manual driving licence.
• Capable of working independently after training completion.
• Dependable, hardworking, attentive to detail, and safety-conscious.
• Reside close to the Queensbury depot (postal code HA8) for easy commute.
• Good physical condition to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Prior cleaning experience and contract cleaning knowledge are advantageous but not essential.

Compensation and Benefits

• Flexible work hours from Monday through Friday with optional Saturday shifts for extra earnings.
• Commission-based daily pay ranging from £130 to £155 plus bonuses.
• Estimated weekly earnings of £650 to £750.
