Job Overview
This full-time, permanent position operates from the Sureway Shop located at 9175 - 14 Street NW, Edmonton, AB. Work hours typically exceed 10 hours daily, with possible shifts on Saturdays and Sundays as needed. Overtime is paid after eight hours per day or 44 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Clean heavy equipment, parts, and support vehicles in the field using high-pressure hoses.
- Properly maintain and care for wash wands and cleaning equipment.
- Keep the mobile wash truck clean and orderly through general housekeeping tasks.
- Ensure shop cleanliness by wiping surfaces, washing floors, and related duties.
- Manually load and unload supplies from trucks; use equipment when required.
- Adhere to and promote company safety policies among employees, subcontractors, and consultants.
Requirements
- Possession of a reliable personal vehicle.
- CSA-approved steel-toed boots with six-inch ankle support.
- Completion of pre-employment screenings including drug and alcohol swab tests, orientation programs, fitness to work assessments, and mask fit testing.
