Position Details

This is a permanent full-time role based in Dublin, requiring a 37.5-hour workweek on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Precisely pick and prepare customer orders to meet dispatch schedules and deadlines.
• Load goods safely and efficiently onto transport vehicles, ensuring secure placement and proper handling.
• Utilize warehouse management systems and handheld scanners to track inventory and oversee warehouse operations accurately.
• Collaborate within the team to enhance productivity and quality, engaging in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols, conduct equipment inspections, and uphold a safe working environment.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience working in warehouse settings with focus on order picking and loading.
• Forklift license and operational skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
• A motivated and ambitious attitude, eager to learn and develop professionally within the company.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and proactive involvement in improving processes and quality standards.
• Reliable team player with a solid work ethic, consistent attendance, and ability to maintain high performance standards.
